Before his current role, he gained wide-ranging experience in different capacities within Halliburton. As the Global Technical Development Manager, he spearheaded initiatives that revolutionized the company's Service Quality. He revamped training programs by infusing them with competency-based modules, significantly improving operational efficiency and employee productivity. His leadership was not confined to a single continent; he oversaw successful projects across Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates. As the Operations Manager in these countries, he led campaigns that improved Return on Investment (ROI) and expanded market share.
